Self-taught artist Anne-Sophie De Mey was born in Belgium in 1993. She had her first exhibition at the age of 15, and has more recently published illustrations in the literary magazine DW B as well as a combination of essays and drawings in LOCUS, the magazine for Humanity Studies of the Open University. She has also contributed to a postcard-project. As a philosophy student and avid reader and writer, she loves to explore the phenomenology of how man experiences the world. An endless love and respect for nature further underlies all of her artwork and other projects. Artist’s website: www.dauwdrupje.com
